Q. Are you a registered company?

Yes we have been a registered company since September 2005 at company house (company house No 05574742)

 

Q. Are you Vat Registered?

Yes we are Vat registered (Vat No 972 0291 24)

 

Q. Are you insured?

Yes we have full public liability insurance to £5,000,000 and employee liability insurance to £10,000,000

 

Q. How are you different from other cleaning companies?

Unlike many cleaning companies all our cleaners work for us exclusively. They are vetted and trained to the highest standard. We only use the finest chemicals and equipment in the market. We can take photographs and write reports on the property after the clean. This information can be emailed over to you, the estate agent or landlord. We not only clean but provide advice and help in making sure the property is cleaned to a high standard.

We cover most of London, Greater London, Kent and Surrey.

 

Q. How to you choose your cleaners?

All are cleaners work for EP Cleaners exclusively, we are not an agency and do not outsource any of our cleaning work.

 

Q. What cleaning services do you provide?

We are a reactive cleaning company concentrating on End of Tenancy cleaning, Builders Cleans and carpet cleaning. Please see our cleaning services page.

 

Q. Do you provide the cleaning materials?

We provide all our own cleaning equipment and chemicals including vacuum cleaning and carpet cleaning machinery.

 

Q. Do you offer any residential cleaning services guarantees?

Our cleaners will not leave the property until you are entirely happy with the clean. In the rare instance there is a problem the same cleaner(s) would return to the property. We can take pictures before and after the clean

 

Q. Can you Provide References from some of your customers?

Yes we can provide references from our current customers. Please see a list of some of our clients

 

Q. When can your cleaners come to the property?

We can usually have our cleaners visit your property within 24-48 hours as we only undertake reactive cleaning.

 

Q. What are your working hours?

We work 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm. Sometimes due to the nature of the clean we have to work later than 7pm.

 

Q. How many cleaners do you send to carry out an end of tenancy clean?

We generally send a team of 2 to 5 cleaners depending in the size of the property

 

Q. Do I have to pay extra for any congestion charges or parking fees?

We will advise you if the congestion or parking applies to the property clean.

 

Q. Do you provide a regular home cleaning service

Housekeep is a premium online service focused on finding you the perfect, regular cleaner. Each cleaner is experienced in home cleaning, background-checked and rated 5* by their customers.

 

Q. How do you clean carpets?

We always vacuum the carpets first. The first step in the steam-cleaning process is pre-treatment, which helps to fully remove any stains. We can use specific spotting agents in order to remove stubborn stains like blood and tea. We only use Prochem chemicals in our hot water extraction pro machines, which both cleans and extracts water from the carpet leaving it 90% dry.

 

Q. What equipment do you use?

We use only Prochem professional carpet, upholstery and general cleaning equipment.

 

Q. Do you clean the oven?

Yes. Cleaning of the oven, cupboards and other appliances, inside and out, is included in the price for the Professional End of Tenancy Cleaning.
