Testimonials

It is vital that testimonials are true and accurate. It is very easy to create bogus testimonials on websites. A reactive cleaning company should have testimonials from established companies (estate agents etc) and private clients to reinforce their reputation.

EP cleaners did a great job cleaning our new house. They told me to write a list of things I wanted them to focus on, and then they came in at 9am. By the time we came from work at 6pm it was spotless, and everything on my list of things had been done. I would recommend this cleaning firm.

Quick response and great service

We moved into a property and the pre tenancy cleaning was not done. We required the cleaning to be done urgently, this was dealt with very well and efficiently by EP cleaners. They provided us with cleaning services on Sunday which was very convenient.

The cleaners arrived on time and did a great job at cleaning the apartment, especially the carpets.

All in all good service, would certainly recommend using EP Cleaners.

I was very hesitant to book with your company as another company was about half the cost of your company. As it turned out, by the time I booked with them they were totally booked and were not available on the date required.

When the rental agency came to inspect the property they were amazed that the property was actually in better condition then when I had rented it 2 years ago. In fact they were amazed that many of the marks and spots that were there two years ago, were now gone.

Getting back my full security deposit was greatly appreciated.

EP Cleaners did a fantastic job of cleaning my house at the end of the lease. We called EP Cleaners in after another cleaning company let us down. A team of cleaners turned up at short notice to clean the 4 bedroom house I was renting; they brought all their own chemicals and carpet cleaning equipment with them.
