If the last cleaning company did a poor job in cleaning the property we can rectify this for you. We can carry out end of tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, steam cleaning that includes sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Ovens can be professionally cleaned using our specialist chemicals which restores the oven to looking brand new.

Emergency cleaning can take many forms; it may be required when you move into a property that was supposed to be cleaned by a professional cleaning company before you move in. EP Cleaners can come to the rescue and clean the property top to bottom in order for you to move into a spotless property. We can take photographs and write a report on the property which can be given to the previous tenant, landlord or managing agents as proof of the condition of the property before you moved in. The photography’s come with a report and an itemised invoice can be used as evidence in claiming your money back from the previous tenants or landlord if the property had been cleaned to the a satisfactory standard.

We used the service twice in one week on two different sized properties. Exceptional job! Prompt, punctual, courteous and absolutely meticulous! So sweet to my 10 month old and when, like a buffoon, I spilled black coffee on the kitchen counter after it had been cleaned they could not have been more polite or understanding in clearing it up quickly. The second property was busy with movers clearing out the house at the same time as their site visit and must have complicated an already mammoth cleaning job but was all taken in their stride. These guys were fantastic. Very helpful on the phone. I don't live near the property that needed a deep clean and they helped me through all the logistics. The property that needed cleaning was in quite a state and the work they did was amazing. (They sent me photos post-cleaning). Very competitive price, very honest about costs upfront. They quoted a price but explained if it takes longer to clean than expected, they would have to charge more - fair enough - but they did the job as quoted even though the flat was quite filthy. We had to clear and clean a family member's flat so he can come home from hospital. He's a hoarder and the flat probably hasn't been cleaned in many, many years.The initial conversation reassured me that this was the right company to work with.We had cleared the flat by the time we had a team of 3 headed up by Luis. It's a long time since I saw anyone work so hard. Although they were all very impressive, Emanuela, in particular, was awesome. I watched her do bits I wouldn't have thought of doing.
