The cleaners were friendly and professional upon arrival and asked what was required and what we wanted time to be focused on as well as a general clean throughout the house. The level of the clean was amazing, I am really happy, would use this service again and would definitly recommend.

What an amazing service by Luis and the team! Couldn't be happier on how the place is looking... can't believe the floor is SO shiny, not to speak about the oven, sink, kitchen and the full bathroom. Everything looks like is brand new! Will recommend and please let know Luis and the rest of the team how happy I'm am. What a polite and fantastic professional guy you have there!!!!!!!!!!!!He even contacted me the night before to confirm the hour they were coming (8 am) and they arrived just at 8 am so that is some proper punctuality there! Very good experience with EP Cleaners. Quick and easy communication from the start till the end.The cleaners did a great job - didn't miss a single spot. A bit more on the expensive side, but you can be sure that a good clean will be done.Had three cleaners over for 4hrs, 2 bedroom flat - quick and thorough.

We had to clear and clean a family member's flat so he can come home from hospital. He's a hoarder and the flat probably hasn't been cleaned in many, many years.The initial conversation reassured me that this was the right company to work with.We had cleared the flat by the time we had a team of 3 headed up by Luis. It's a long time since I saw anyone work so hard. Although they were all very impressive, Emanuela, in particular, was awesome. I watched her do bits I wouldn't have thought of doing. (I used to clean and supervise cleaners!)They willingly helped move furniture, dusted a huge number of bookcases full of books and got them back on the bookshelves and helped us to get the flat into some sort of order. From start to finish this has been a positive experience

These guys were fantastic. Very helpful on the phone. I don't live near the property that needed a deep clean and they helped me through all the logistics. The property that needed cleaning was in quite a state and the work they did was amazing. (They sent me photos post-cleaning). Very competitive price, very honest about costs upfront. They quoted a price but explained if it takes longer to clean than expected, they would have to charge more - fair enough - but they did the job as quoted even though the flat was quite filthy. I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone. The cleaners must have a super can-do attitude! High-five to them. Thank you.
