We had to clear and clean a family member's flat so he can come home from hospital. He's a hoarder and the flat probably hasn't been cleaned in many, many years.The initial conversation reassured me that this was the right company to work with.We had cleared the flat by the time we had a team of 3 headed up by Luis. It's a long time since I saw anyone work so hard. Although they were all very impressive, Emanuela, in particular, was awesome. I watched her do bits I wouldn't have thought of doing. (I used to clean and supervise cleaners!)They willingly helped move furniture, dusted a huge number of bookcases full of books and got them back on the bookshelves and helped us to get the flat into some sort of order. From start to finish this has been a positive experience

What an amazing service by Luis and the team! Couldn't be happier on how the place is looking... can't believe the floor is SO shiny, not to speak about the oven, sink, kitchen and the full bathroom. Everything looks like is brand new! Will recommend and please let know Luis and the rest of the team how happy I'm am. What a polite and fantastic professional guy you have there!!!!!!!!!!!!He even contacted me the night before to confirm the hour they were coming (8 am) and they arrived just at 8 am so that is some proper punctuality there! Amazing service by EP Cleaners. I truly know now why you have such an amazing reviews!!!!!!!!!! 10 out of 10.Contacting them was more than easy, I do it through the email and Sarah (thumbs up for Sarah too) took care of everything in a great way, asking a lot of information so the cleaners knew what to expect when they arrive here.Will use your services again for sure!Thanks for everything.

These guys were fantastic. Very helpful on the phone. I don't live near the property that needed a deep clean and they helped me through all the logistics. The property that needed cleaning was in quite a state and the work they did was amazing. (They sent me photos post-cleaning). Very competitive price, very honest about costs upfront. They quoted a price but explained if it takes longer to clean than expected, they would have to charge more - fair enough - but they did the job as quoted even though the flat was quite filthy. I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone. The cleaners must have a super can-do attitude! High-five to them. Thank you.

Very good experience with EP Cleaners. Quick and easy communication from the start till the end.The cleaners did a great job - didn't miss a single spot. A bit more on the expensive side, but you can be sure that a good clean will be done.Had three cleaners over for 4hrs, 2 bedroom flat - quick and thorough.

We used the service twice in one week on two different sized properties. Exceptional job! Prompt, punctual, courteous and absolutely meticulous! So sweet to my 10 month old and when, like a buffoon, I spilled black coffee on the kitchen counter after it had been cleaned they could not have been more polite or understanding in clearing it up quickly. The second property was busy with movers clearing out the house at the same time as their site visit and must have complicated an already mammoth cleaning job but was all taken in their stride. Excellent service, 5 stars does not feel enough and I wholeheartedly recommend EP Cleaners!
