We had to clear and clean a family member's flat so he can come home from hospital. He's a hoarder and the flat probably hasn't been cleaned in many, many years.The initial conversation reassured me that this was the right company to work with.We had cleared the flat by the time we had a team of 3 headed up by Luis. It's a long time since I saw anyone work so hard. Although they were all very impressive, Emanuela, in particular, was awesome. I watched her do bits I wouldn't have thought of doing. These guys were fantastic. Very helpful on the phone. I don't live near the property that needed a deep clean and they helped me through all the logistics. The property that needed cleaning was in quite a state and the work they did was amazing. (They sent me photos post-cleaning). Very competitive price, very honest about costs upfront. They quoted a price but explained if it takes longer to clean than expected, they would have to charge more - fair enough - but they did the job as quoted even though the flat was quite filthy.
